This is a pic I've worked with for a while. It's one of my most favorite oc's. She didn't come out the way I wanted her but she's still very descent. This is a character that will appear in SeeNoEvil121's fanfic Pirates!. This will be a long comment so just bear with it

Name: Lily.
Wanted poster name: Lily Void the Vicious mind.
Nickname: Beast-tamer, but I prefer when it in japanese and then she's called .Choukyoushi No Yajyuu.
Age:18
Bounty: 990,000,000
Position: Biologist.
Power: Lily got telepathic and telekenetic powers. She can read minds, (See old memories and sometimes control people, but it's very hard to do,) and move objects with ease, (Destroying everything with just her eyes or a flick with the hand).

History: She was born on Kiui-island in Grand line. She lived there with her parents; Otomeza her mother, Tatsumi her father, Myo her older sister and Hoshi her older brother.
She was really happy and loved her family and they loved her. One day when she was 3 her parents discovered that she had a small ability to move small objects and always knowing what people were going to say.
Concerned but unfaced they let it pass and loved her none the less. It wasn't until long the entire village knew about these powers and got slightly frightened by them; but Lily couldn't care less and kept using her powers and got stronger each day that went by.
Some of the kids in the village used to bully her because she was different but Lily's siblings always protected her.

One day a very famous and powerful marine captain was in town to restock their supply when she was 5 years old. The town welcomed the marines and offered them all the food and water they needed.
But when a pair of marines were carrying food to the ship a water cargo broke and were heading strait towards them and was about to crush them; when Lily used her powers and stopped the barrels.
Amazed by these powers the captain wanted to take Lily with him and train her to be a weapon within the Secret marine weapon army. But Lily's family refused. He even called the world government and told them about Lily's powers and they offered the family money for the girl; but they still refused.

Angered by their turndown the marines left the island, leaving Lily and her family at peace. For a short while.
Half a year later the marines returned with battleships and attacked the island; destroying everything and killed almost every single villager. They attacked Lily's house and killed her family right infront of her face before they took her away; forcing her to leave her home forever.

She was taken to the World government in Grand line where she was brutually trained and tortured to become a strong obeying weapon. it wasn't until long she was marked as number one of the most dangerous human beings in the world, The ten Chiryuujin. (Check out my Chiryuujin tattoo's in my gallery)

During her time by the marines she was trained in many different ways; such as material arts and her powers. She was also allowed to dance; it was to help her flexibility. She started dancing ballet and later she did other dances.
But Lily among the other members of the Chiryuujin was the only one that refused to do what they said; resulting with her beeing tortured even more.
During the beating; the ones who beat her always said things to her such as *You're a freak*, *Monster,* *You really think anybody would love you*, *Who would ever want to be your friend*, *Your existence is only to serve the marines*, *You're nothing but a weapon; you're not even meant to be human*, *You're a killing machine; your only goal is to kill and to obey*, *I bet even your family was relieved to be dead; they didn't even love you*.

She began to hate the marines ,hate herself and her family. She was losing faith in them and in herself. But she was still young and wanted friends, love and freedom. So when she was 8 she managed to escaped.
She ran away to an island where she hid herself and started in a school and for the first time made some friends. During these times she dances alot and found love in animals; due to the fact of her powers she could talk to them. And she had now found a dream to become a biologist and document every single animal there is on the planet
But her happiness was short lived; it wasn't until long before the marines found her. Her friends had told on her and she was betrayed by them; letting her be taken away again.

She was even more tortured than before and was forced to train harder to be a weapon: She was sent on missions to do the marines dirty work; killing innocent people and destroying islands and other enemies.
But still trying to defile the marines; she kept running away and was betrayed again and again by those she thought were friends.
For 4 years she kept running away and was recaptured; she was more and more forced to do bad stuff and tortured. Making her hate grow even more. She started to hate humans, she hated her family, she hated friendship and love. There was no such things as friendship.

She had run away so many times but she never hurt anybody; but as she was betrayed for the last time and taken back again, she finally snapped.
She broke free from the marines at the headquarters; destroying the entire base and killed everyone in her way. They thought she wouldn't dare to hurt them but they were wrong.
Thus doing this she earned that bounty and was now marked as one of the worst enemies among the world government.

After that incident, she was later on called Lily Void the Vicious Mind. She never showed any emotions after the incident what so ever; she never smiled, never laughed and never cried ever again. Completely hollow.
Her wanted poster shows a picure of a 12 year old girl and there hasn't been a new one.

She kept herself hidden more and made sure no one could tell about her location. During the time she travled upon the seas she made alot of animal friends and she still had her mind set on documenting every one of them. Along the way she found Jitori, a huge black tiger and Petry a cockroach.
She found more animals then that; she travled with her animals on a ship that she built with her powers. She even sometimes travled with other pirates; whom tried to hand her in for the money. But she always knew what they were planning and destroyed them before they could do anything.

She have done that for years and never once did she feel anything for any human, until she met Chris and her crew.

Personality: She's hollow and doesn't care about others at all. She only loves her animals and wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone who tries to hurt them or her.
She never kills innocent humans, only enemies. She's easily p*ssed off and likes to tease people and scare them. She's also very smart and knows how to take care of most of the things on her ship.

Likes: Animals, nature, dancing; jazz music and often saxophone music, teasing and scaring people by either showing them her powers or read their minds and complete their sentences and later on she will come to love Chris and her crew.

Dislikes: Love, friendship, marines, anyone insulting her or her animals, people who tries to betray her and use her and people who lies.

Dream: To document every single animal on the planet.

Other: She fight's first with her hands, second with her swords and third with her powers. She doesn't want people to know whom she is and tries her best to hide her powers and the tattoo on her back. She got alot of animals on her ship of all races, from big carnivors to small insects, (often kept in aquariums).

There this was a long comment, but I had to post a little description about her. And as you can see on the pic, there's no Tiger; that's because it was too ugly and too small. It was supposed to be bigger so i erased it; will draw a new pic of Jitori later on.
